Job Title: Project Delivery Executive / Project Coordinator

Job Objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for end-to-end project execution within defined timelines and budgets. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors, and ensuring quality, safety, and compliance across all stages of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Plan, execute, and successfully close signage projects as per client requirements.
• Develop detailed project timelines, schedules, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of all phases.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as a central point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment of project expectations.
• Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on project status.

3. Budget & Cost Management

• Manage project budgets to ensure cost-effective execution.
• Track expenses and maintain financial control within approved limits.

4. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee on-site activities to ensure work is executed as per design and standards.
• Ensure proper resource allocation and site readiness for smooth operations.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements at project sites.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols during project execution.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, approvals, and records.
• Prepare and share regular progress reports with stakeholders and management.

7. Vendor Management

• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in project coordination/execution (preferably in signage, construction, or related industry).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (B.Tech / MBA preferred but not mandatory).
