Job summary

Yogesh Pradhan is seeking an experienced Project Manager for outdoor branding, signage, and advertising projects. You will plan, coordinate, and execute across site surveys, fabrication, installation, and handover with hands-on knowledge of signage fabrication and related electrical work.

The role requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and installation teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets across multiple sites. Occasional extensive travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, Retail Branding, Signage, Fabrication or Advertising Projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of MS fabrication, ACP, acrylic, LED, electrical work, printing, vinyl, flex and signage installation.
• Experience in handling multi-location branding projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of drawings, measurements, BOQs and project costing.
• Strong vendor and manpower management skills.
• Ability to read and understand civil, architectural and fabrication drawings.
• Good knowledge of project planning, execution and quality control.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete outdoor branding and advertising projects from start to finish.
• Conduct and coordinate site surveys, measurements and feasibility assessments.
• Understand client requirements, drawings, BOQs, specifications and scope of work.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, fabricators, printers, electricians and installation teams.
• Monitor manufacturing and fabrication at vendors/workshops.
• Ensure timely dispatch and installation of branding materials at various locations.
• Supervise installation of signages, outdoor displays, fascia, ACP structures, glow signs, LED signs, hoardings, arch gates and other branding elements.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, fabrication, painting and finishing activities.
• Ensure projects are executed as per approved design, quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor project costs, material consumption, labour and transportation expenses.
• Control wastage and ensure optimum utilisation of materials and manpower.
• Resolve on‑site technical and execution‑related issues.
• Maintain daily project progress reports and update management regularly.
• Coordinate multiple projects and locations simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and agreed client commitments.
• Conduct quality checks before final handover to the client.
• Prepare completion reports, photographs, measurement sheets and handover documentation.
• Ensure proper closure of projects, including pending works and client sign-offs.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in Outdoor Branding, Retail Branding, Signage and Advertising Projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing branding projects from site survey and estimation through manufacturing, installation and final handover.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on knowledge of fabrication, signage, MS structure, ACP, acrylic, LED, flex/vinyl printing, electrical work, painting, civil work and on‑site installation.
