Job summary

Mule Advertising & Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Pune seeks an Operations/Production/Project Manager to oversee day-to-day company operations, coordinate signage, printing, fabrication and installation projects, and manage production and installation teams.

You will track timelines, ensure quality, coordinate procurement, and handle multiple projects while maintaining safety and smooth handovers. The role requires 2+ years in operations or related fields, with preference for experience in advertising,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Operations / Production / Project Management.
• Experience in Advertising, Signage, Printing, Fabrication or Branding preferred.
• Strong team-management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.
• Knowledge of production and installation processes.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and project/tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day company operations.

• Improve workflow, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors when required.
• Ensure safety and discipline at production and installation sites.
