Job summary

Actemium India, a VINCI Energies brand, is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Industrial Automation to lead end-to-end process automation projects involving PLC, SCADA, HMI and control system integration from initiation to commissioning.

Based in Bangalore, you will oversee project plans, schedules, budget, and resource allocation, coordinating customers, vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of industrial automation project management experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI and Control System Integration projects.
• Strong project planning, budget management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to commissioning and handover.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, resource allocation and cost estimates.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget, timeline and quality requirements.
• Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning and startup activities.
• Coordinate customers, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Manage project risks, KPIs and reporting.
