Job summary

Actemium, a VINCI Energies brand, seeks an experienced Project Manager for Factory Automation to lead large-scale automation programs across automotive and manufacturing sectors. You will steer end-to-end delivery, manage scope and budgets, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Robotics, Vision, and site teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–15 years of turnkey automation delivery, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for Industry 4.0 solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is required.
• 8–15 years of relevant experience delivering turnkey automation projects.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing project execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from handover to commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, profitability, quality and project risks.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Robotics, Vision, Manufacturing and Site teams.
• Drive customer engagement, project reviews and stakeholder management.
• Manage FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and production ramp-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor billing milestones, cost control and commercial performance.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and external vendors for successful delivery.
