Job summary

Actemium, a VINCI Energies brand, recruits a Project Manager for Factory Automation to lead large-scale turnkey automation projects across Automotive, EV, Electronics, Aerospace, Consumer Goods and Industrial Manufacturing sectors in Bengaluru. You will coordinate Robotics, SPM, Machine Vision, PLC/SCADA systems and digital manufacturing solutions.

The role demands 8–15 years of proven experience delivering turnkey automation projects and guiding customer-facing teams, with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
• 8–15 years of turnkey automation project experience.
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing project execution teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from handover to commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, profitability, quality and project risks.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Robotics, Vision, Manufacturing and Site teams.
• Drive customer engagement, project reviews and stakeholder management.
• Manage FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and ramp-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor billing milestones, cost control and commercial performance.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and external vendors for successful delivery.
