Job summary

Actemium, a VINCI Energies brand, seeks an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Substation and Power Distribution projects (Turnkey, including Civil works) in India. You will oversee bidding, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and schedule alignment.

You will coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, prepare techno-commercial offers and BOQs, manage risks and changes, and report project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience in turnkey substations projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as Proposal Manager during bidding & tendering.
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, costing & risk mitigation plans.
• Supplier & subcontractor RFQs, evaluation, negotiation, vendor management.
• Project planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring & control.
• Manage risks, changes, claims & contractual obligations.
• Stakeholder coordination and project status reporting.
• Ensure quality, governance, and compliance to timelines.

The role involves bidding, estimation, planning, execution, and closure of medium to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within scope, cost, quality, and schedules.
