Job summary

Actemium, a VINCI Energies brand, Bengaluru, invites applications for a Project Manager in Factory Automation to lead large-scale automation projects across automotive, EV, electronics, aerospace and industrial manufacturing sectors. You will drive robotics integration, SPMs, machine vision, automated lines, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

The role requires 8–15 years’ turnkey automation leadership, coordination of multi-discipline teams, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics or related engineering.
• 8–15 years of relevant turnkey automation project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from handover to commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, profitability, quality and project risks.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Robotics, Vision, Manufacturing and Site teams.
• Drive customer engagement, project reviews and stakeholder management.
• Monitor FAT, SAT, installation, commissioning and production ramp-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
• Monitor billing milestones, cost control and commercial performance.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams and external vendors for successful delivery.
