Qualifications

• MBA/BBA/B.Com or PG Diploma in HRM required.
• 8–10 years HR Transformation experience.

• Strong project management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage People Consulting engagements and workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state solutions.
• Structure analyses and translate findings into practical recommendations.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Must Have Skills People Consulting / HR Transformation experience; organization design and operating model; workforce transformation; change management; talent and HR process transformation; strong project management; stakeholder management; consulting problem solving; data analysis and insight generation; workshop facilitation; proposal and presentation development; strong written and verbal communication.
• Good to Have Skills Experience in GCC/GBS/shared services transformation; HR technology or digital HR transformation; workforce strategy and talent strategy; process improvement; transformation PMO; exposure to AI-enabled HR solutions; relevant HR/change/project management certifications.
• Key Responsibilities Manage People Consulting engagements and workstreams from planning through delivery; conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state organization, workforce, change and HR transformation solutions; structure analyses and translate findings into practical recommendations; facilitate client workshops and stakeholder discussions; manage project plans, risks, dependencies and deliverables; lead development of high-quality client presentations and reports; supervise and coach consultants and senior consultants; contribute to proposals, pursuits, solution development and practice-building initiatives.
