Ernst & Young LLP ( EY India ) seeks a Project Director to lead national People Consulting engagements in PAS WKFA-CNS, PC, Workforce Advisory. The role focuses on aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational design, workforce analytics, and change initiatives at scale from Bangalore.

• Deep People Consulting / HR Transformation expertise; enterprise transformation leadership; organization and workforce strategy; operating model transformation; talent and change transformation; C-suite and senior executive advisory; large-scale program leadership; commercial and business development capability; solution and proposition development; executive facilitation; leadership of large consulting teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Leadership experience across GCC/GBS/shared services and enterprise people transformation; workforce and skills transformation; AI-enabled workforce transformation; HR technology ecosystem transformation; global or multi-country transformation programs; strong market network and thought leadership; relevant professional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic People Consulting engagements and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership; shape enterprise-level organization, workforce, talent, change and HR transformation programs; define transformation vision, operating models, roadmaps and governance; originate and develop client opportunities and lead major pursuits; provide executive-level challenge and advice on complex people and organizational issues; oversee engagement quality, commercial performance and risk; build and develop senior consulting talent; strengthen key client relationships; develop differentiated People Consulting solutions, intellectual property and market perspectives; contribute to practice growth and market positioning.
