The candidate should have 6+ years in project management, a strong background in instructional design, and MBA qualifications, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• MBA required or equivalent (Master of Business Administration).
• 6+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong background in instructional design and content development, including end-to-end lifecycles.
• Ability to conduct SME interviews and develop scripts, guides, and learning activities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical Excellence: lead and deliver instructional design projects with end-to-end content development.
• Coordinate with client teams and SMEs to design engaging learning experiences.
• Develop scripts, guides, workbooks, case studies and activities for impactful training.
• Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities
