Studiokon Ventures Pvt. Ltd. (SKV) is seeking an experienced MEP Site Execution Lead in Gurugram to drive end-to-end on-site implementation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, and ELV systems.

You will ensure installation adheres to drawings, specs and method statements while coordinating with civil, interiors and furniture teams. The role requires leading micro-schedules, managing subcontractors and QA/QC, and delivering snag-free handovers with proper documentation.

Qualificações

Key Responsibilities:

Site execution and planning

• Lead execution of HVAC, electrical (LT panels, power, lighting, cabling), plumbing, fire-fighting, fire alarm, and ELV/low-current systems (CCTV, access control, data, PA/BMS).
• Build MEP micro-schedules aligned to the master project plan; track daily and weekly progress against milestones.
• Coordinate site sequencing with civil, interiors, false ceiling and furniture teams to avoid rework and clashes.
• Ensure installation strictly follows approved GFC drawings, specifications and method statements.

Technical coordination

• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings and BOQs; flag design gaps to the design team and consultants early.
• Lead coordinated services layouts and resolve clashes on site (ceiling voids, shafts, risers).
• Manage material submittals, approvals and technical queries (RFIs) with clients, PMCs and consultants.

Vendor and subcontractor management

• Supervise MEP subcontractors and labour; allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
• Verify and certify subcontractor measurements and RA bills against executed work.
• Support procurement with technical evaluation of vendors, quantities and material specifications.

Cost and material control

• Track MEP budget versus actuals; raise variations and extra items with supporting documentation.
• Plan material requirements and delivery schedules to prevent idle time and wastage.
• Control site stock, reconciliation and returns.

Quality, safety and compliance

• Enforce QA/QC checklists, inspection test plans and stage-wise inspections.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS codes, CEA regulations, local fire norms and client standards.
• Drive HSE on site: permits to work, electrical safety, working-at-height, toolbox talks and PPE.

Testing, commissioning and handover

• Plan and witness testing and commissioning (IR/earthing tests, pressure tests, HVAC balancing, fire system tests).
• Close snag lists within agreed timelines; coordinate statutory approvals and fire NOCs where applicable.
• Deliver handover documentation: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties and test certificates.

Client communication and reporting

• Represent MEP in client and PMC site meetings; maintain a professional client relationship.
• Issue daily progress reports, weekly MIS and risk/issue logs to the Project Head.

Team leadership

• Lead, mentor and evaluate MEP Engineers and Supervisors; build bench strength for concurrent projects.
• Allocate responsibilities across multiple sites when projects run in parallel.
