HG Luxury in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan seeks a seasoned Project Manager for luxury resort construction and development. The role oversees end-to-end execution, coordinating civil, architectural, interior, and MEP works to deliver premium facilities on time and within budget.

You will manage multiple contractors and interfaces with internal teams to ensure quality, safety, and brand alignment across guest villas, restaurants, spa, and recreational facilities.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in construction and development of luxury resorts or five-star hospitality properties.
• Proven experience managing at least one resort construction project from development through completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, premium interiors, MEP coordination, landscaping, and hospitality infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end resort construction and development projects at Sawai Madhopur, ensuring timely completion and high quality.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, and execution plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless delivery.
• Oversee guest villas, luxury suites, restaurants, pools, spa and related infrastructure per project scope.
• Ensure adherence to luxury brand standards, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular MIS reporting on progress, costs, risks, and milestones.

Job Description Project Manager (Luxury Resort Construction)

Organization: HG Luxury Position: Project Manager - Resort Construction & Development Location: Sawai Madhopur (Ranthambore), Rajasthan Industry: Luxury Hospitality / Five-Star Resort Development Department: Projects & Construction Experience: 15-20 Years (Preferred) Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech - Civil Engineering Reporting To: Project Head / Management

Role Purpose

To lead and manage the end-to-end construction and development of a premium luxury resort at Sawai Madhopur, ensuring timely project completion, superior construction quality, cost optimization, safety compliance, and adherence to international luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Management

• Manage complete resort construction activities, including civil, structural, architectural, finishing, landscaping, and external development works.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones, budgets, and execution plans.
• Ensure effective coordination among architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

2. Luxury Resort Development

• Oversee construction of guest villas, luxury suites, restaurants, banquet facilities, swimming pools, spa, recreational areas, and associated infrastructure, as applicable to the approved project scope.
• Ensure premium-quality finishing, detailing, aesthetics, and hospitality brand specifications.
• Manage mock-up rooms, interior fit-outs, and final handover requirements.

3. MEP & Technical Coordination

• Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, STP/WTP, and other building services.
• Ensure proper integration of civil, architectural, interior, and MEP works.

4. Planning, Budgeting & Contracts

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets.
• Review contractor bills, BOQs, material consumption, variations, and cost-control measures.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.

5. Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
• Implement construction safety practices and quality assurance procedures.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.

6. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Conduct regular project review meetings with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Submit MIS reports covering progress, cost, quality, safety, risks, and critical milestones.
• Ensure smooth coordination with HG Luxury's Ahmedabad Central Office.

Required Experience & Competencies

• Mandatory experience in construction and development of luxury resorts or five-star hospitality properties.
• Proven experience managing at least one resort construction project from initial development through completion and handover.
• Strong knowledge of RCC structures, premium interiors, MEP coordination, landscaping, and hospitality infrastructure.
• Experience handling multiple contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong project planning, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred.
