Job summary

Infopro Learning seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a 5-month eLearning and video development project. You will own the project plan and schedule, coordinating across instructional design, SME, media, and QA teams from kickoff through closure.

You will engage with clients and stakeholders, maintain detailed Microsoft Project plans, define scope and milestones, and drive delivery with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Pune/Noida setup.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end eLearning or video development projects.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, from kickoff through delivery and closure.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies in Microsoft Project.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Coordinate across instructional design, SME, media, QA, and delivery teams; run status meetings and manage follow-ups.
• Plan and allocate resources, spot risks early, and resolve delivery bottlenecks before they become problems.
• Provide regular status reports, forecasts, and variance analysis, and support review cycles through to final sign-off.
