Job summary

India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation (IMGC) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, requirements gathering, and governance across multiple teams. You will define scope, build WBS, manage RAID logs, and maintain delivery dashboards to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires coordinating with business and technical stakeholders, translating needs into BRDs/PRDs, and driving continuous improvement while employing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

• Ensure endtoend traceability of requirements across design, development, testing, and release.

Solution Design

• Work closely with architects, developers, and UX teams to design scalable and practical solutions.
• Validate solution designs against business requirements, delivery timelines, and longterm roadmap goals.
• Support decisionmaking on scope, cost, and technical tradeoffs.

Testing and Validation

• Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies, scenarios, and coverage aligned with requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, defect resolution, and business signoff.
• Ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria and deliver intended business outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for projectrelated communications.
• Provide regular, structured updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and upcoming milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations through clear communication and datadriven insights.

Continuous Improvement

• Conduct retrospectives and postimplementation reviews to capture lessons learned.
• Identify opportunities to enhance delivery processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Stay current with industry best practices in project management, business analysis, and digital transformation.
