Anarock Property Consultants in Ahmedabad is seeking a project delivery professional to lead end-to-end project execution aligned with client objectives and PMC standards.

The role requires coordinating planning, mobilization of resources, monitoring quality, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental systems while managing client interfaces and contractor billing, aiming for smooth closure and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects in alignment with client objectives and PMC standards.
• Drive integrated planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Promote innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Develop and manage overall project plans and construction schedules with the team.
• Plan and coordinate mobilization of manpower, equipment, and materials in coordination with Construction Vendor.
• Monitor progress, quality compliance, and contractual adherence.
• Ensure statutory compliance and implementation of QA, safety, and environmental systems along with the Vendors.
• Manage client interface, address issues proactively, and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead in certifying contractor bills and quantities accurately along with QS team.
• Ensure smooth project closure, handover to facilities, and demobilization.
• Lead and motivate project teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Allocate resources efficiently and build a cooperative, high-performing team.
• Encourage accountability, ownership, and professional conduct.

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities
