Job summary

Torry Harris Business Solutions in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced project delivery leader to manage end-to-end client projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting and governance, acting as the primary liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

You will drive kick-offs, status updates, dashboards, RAID risk management, change control, and cross-functional coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure — ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
• Define project plans, work breakdown structures, and milestones; track progress against baseline and adjust as needed
• Act as the primary liaison between client/business stakeholders and the delivery team, managing expectations and communication cadence
• Lead project kick-offs, status calls, and steering committee reviews; produce status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues (RAID log); escalate proactively when needed
• Manage project budget, resourcing, and utilization; track costs against approved budget and flag variances
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across workstreams, vendors or third parties
• Drive change management — assess scope changes, manage change requests, and update plans/contracts accordingly
• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and documentation standards (approvals, sign-offs, audit trails)
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and conflict resolution across business and technical teams
• Support contract/SOW management, invoicing milestones, and commercial tracking
• Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
