Job summary

A leading construction firm in Pune is seeking a Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in large-scale construction and redevelopment projects. This role requires strong technical leadership and project execution capabilities along with an understanding of global standards. Candidates should possess a BE in Civil Engineering and experience working with international clients. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in civil construction or redevelopment.
• Experience with international clients or multinational contractors.
• Strong knowledge of EPC and PMC project models.
• Strong knowledge of EPC / PMC project models.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Primavera; BIM is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of construction, rehabilitation, and urban redevelopment projects.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Oversee contract administration, BOQs, cost control, and claims
