Job summary

Nash group in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for Greenfield and Brownfield initiatives. The role covers end-to-end project delivery from concept through commissioning and handover, with responsibility for plant development, expansions, revamps and debottlenecking.

You will shepherd EPC/EPCM contractors and multidisciplinary teams to successful project completion. Applicants should possess 15+ years in project management, a B.E./B.Tech in engineering, and strong planning,

Qualifications

• 15+ years in project management and execution.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical or related engineering.
• Lead Greenfield and Brownfield projects from concept to handover.
• Experience with EPC/EPCM contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong skills in planning, budgeting, scheduling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Greenfield and Brownfield projects from concept to handover.
• Manage new plant development, expansion, revamp and debottlenecking.
• Coordinate EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Plan, budget, schedule, allocate resources and control costs.
• Oversee construction, shutdowns, installation, commissioning and start-up.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC and statutory requirements.

• Lead end-to-end Greenfield & Brownfield projects from concept and engineering to commissioning and handover.
• Manage new plant/facility development, plant expansion, revamp, modernization and debottlenecking projects.
• Handle EPC/EPCM contractors, consultants, vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation and cost control.
• Manage construction, shutdown/turnaround, installation, commissioning and start-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, statutory requirements, quality, cost and schedule.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, risk management, contractor management and project controls is required.
