Job summary

Mohan And Chandrasekhar in Bengaluru seeks a capable Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish. You will ensure adherence to scope, budget, quality, and timelines while coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.

The role requires hands-on supervision of site activities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, resources, and variances.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects or similar operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Experience as PA/Executive Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Supervise site activities and monitor daily project progress.
• Manage project schedules, resources, materials, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and site-related challenges.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with all project stakeholders.
• Track project costs and assist with budget and payment management.
• Ensure timely completion and successful handover of projects.
