Job summary

3S Minerals Processors in South Delhi, Delhi NCR seeks an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale EPC infra project. The role requires overseeing end-to-end execution, planning, and coordination across civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years in construction/EPC, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with heavy RCC structures, steel, and MEP coordination. Govt approvals and HSE compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• M.Tech in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or large-scale real estate projects.
• Strong experience in project management and execution of complex construction projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of heavy RCC structures, structural steel, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management.
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience in contractor management, consultant coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of quality control, HSE practices, government approvals, and NOC processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of a large-scale EPC infrastructure/construction project.

• Ensure project execution is aligned with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, costs, and resource utilization to achieve project milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Handle government approvals, statutory requirements, and necessary NOCs.
• Implement quality assurance, quality control, and HSE practices at the project site.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare project progress reports and communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to management.
• Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, finishing, and MEP teams.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects, project execution, planning, cost control, contractor coordination, and stakeholder management.
