Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest candidate is not merely a site engineer or documentation coordinator. You want someone who can say:
Give me the project, and I will coordinate engineering, procurement, contractors, site execution, client requirements, progress, billing, documentation and final handover.”
For a senior role, I would title the position “Transmission Line Project Manager – End-to-End Project Execution” rather than simply “Project Coordinator.”
