Job summary

Kintech Synergy in India is seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive end-to-end EHV substation and transmission line EPC projects from mobilization to commissioning.

You will own the project schedule and budget, coordinate site teams and subcontractors across multiple sites, and lead client meetings with utilities and developers. Willing to base at site with regular travel; lead large grid projects in an ISO-certified EPC environment.

Qualifications

• 15–17 years in Power Transmission EPC with at least 5 years leading substation/line projects.
• Experience executing 132 kV/220 kV/400 kV substations or lines for utilities.
• Willing to be based at site with regular HO travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end execution of EHV substation and Transmission line EPC projects from Mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
• Own Project Schedule budget and drive progress against baseline plans
• Direct Site Manager, engineers and subcontractors across multiple project sites
• Represent the company with utilities , developers and consultants, lead client meetings and progress reviews.
• Approve erection methodology, testing and commissioning plans, and quality documentation.
• Control Client Billing, subcontractor measurement and variation claims
• Report Project Health, risks and recovery actions to senior Management

Preferred candidate profile

Willing to be based at Site with regular HO travel.
