Job summary

RMC Switchgears Ltd. in Jaipur / project site is seeking a Project Coordinator – EPC Projects to support planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of EPC projects.

The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, project sites, vendors, clients, and consultants to ensure timely project progress and effective communication. The role requires strong coordination, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools, and a willingness to travel to project sites

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of EPC project experience preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of EPC projects from planning to execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Civil, Electrical, Stores, Finance, and Site Teams.
• Track project milestones, material requirements, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, MIS reports, and progress reports.
• Monitor progress and highlight delays or risks; follow up on approvals and drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project needs.
• Support preparation of project status reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and timelines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – EPC Projects to support the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of EPC projects. The candidate will coordinate with internal departments, project sites, vendors, clients, and consultants to ensure timely project progress and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of EPC projects from planning to execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Civil, Electrical, Stores, Finance, and Site Teams.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, material requirements, and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, MIS reports, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against approved plans and highlight delays or risks.
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery as per project requirements.
• Maintain project-related documents, drawings, approvals, work orders, BOQs, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors for project-related requirements.
• Arrange and participate in project review meetings and prepare MOMs.
• Follow up on pending approvals, drawings, materials, payments, and site requirements.
• Support preparation of project status reports for management.
• Ensure proper communication and follow-up between HO and project sites.
• Assist in resolving project execution issues and coordinate with concerned departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Required Skills
