Job summary

Techsol Engineers in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Project Engineer with 3–5 years in the EPC segment to support end-to-end project execution, coordination and delivery. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, site execution and client requirements to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within quality standards.

The role requires coordinating multiple stakeholders, reviewing drawings/BOQ, tracking progress and assisting in billing and documentation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the EPC segment to support end-to-end project execution, coordination and delivery. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering, procurement, site execution and client requirements to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor EPC project activities from engineering through execution and commissioning.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, SCM, Production, Site and Quality teams for smooth project execution.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQ, technical documents and client requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors and site teams for material and execution requirements.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and milestones.
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site/project teams for execution.
• Track material requirements, procurement status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors for technical and project-related matters.
• Identify project risks, delays and execution challenges and escort them appropriately.
• Prepare project progress reports, MIS, documentation and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with project quality, safety and technical requirements.
• Support inspection, testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and closure of project activities.
• Support billing, measurement, BOQ verification and other commercial/project documentation as required.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and project management.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQ, specifications and project documentation.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Good planning, scheduling and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve project execution issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and project documentation.
• Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical,
• 3–5 years of relevant EPC/project execution experience.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in industrial EPC, engineering projects, fabrication, installation, commissioning, piping, equipment erection or site execution will be preferred.
