Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation India PVT LTD is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst in Dadri, UP, to oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and support. You will elicit requirements, document BRDs/FRDs, and liaise with stakeholders across teams.

The role emphasizes Agile/Scrum, backlog management in JIRA, and data-driven decision making using SQL and Excel to track performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PM/BA experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery and support.
