The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, perform gap analysis, and produce BRDs/FRDs and use cases while working with development, QA, and product

Qualifications

• Graduate with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities

• Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals

• Testing (functional, Integration, System, UAT, Regression),
• Defect Management Azure
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Tableau (Preferred)
• Understanding of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools (preferred)

Technical (Good to have):

• Understanding of Agile Methodology
