Job summary

Duville Estates Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a high-rise residential project from site mobilisation through handover.

You will own time, cost, quality and safety, coordinating with architects, structural and MEP teams to ensure timely drawings and approvals. The role requires 15+ years of Civil Engineering experience on large projects, strong planning and contracting skills, and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15+ years of experience in construction.
• Experience in high-rise or commercial projects in Mumbai/MMR is preferred.
• PG in Construction Management is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution and delivery of the project within approved schedule and budget.
• Prepare and monitor master schedules, milestone plans and resource plans (manpower, material, machinery).
• Manage pre-construction activities, including tendering, bid analysis, rate negotiation, vendor shortlisting and contract finalisation.
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants, and PMC to ensure timely release of drawings and approvals.
• Drive value engineering to optimise cost without compromising quality.
• Oversee contractors and sub-contractors for RCC, finishing, faade, MEP and external development works.
• Ensure strict quality control, adherence to specifications, and safety and statutory compliance on site.
• Review contractor billing, certify work done, and control variations and cost overruns.
• Track material consumption and wastage, and manage long-lead item procurement.
• Prepare periodic MIS and progress reports for senior management, and flag risks and delays early.
• Lead, mentor and build the site team of engineers and supervisors.
• Manage handover, snagging and closure activities

About the Role

Duville is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of its Prabhadevi project, from site mobilisation to handover. The role has full ownership of time, cost, quality and safety for the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.E. in Civil Engineering with [15+] years of experience in construction, including significant time in high-rise residential or commercial projects
• Proven track record of delivering large projects (ideally in Mumbai/MMR) on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of RCC construction, project scheduling, estimation, billing and contract management
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office and basic AutoCAD
• Good understanding of quality systems, safety norms and MCGM/statutory processes
• Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills
