Qualifications

Responsibilities

Title: Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager - High-Rise Execution (Safety & Quality Focus)
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: INR 10 - 12 LPA
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice

Role Objective:
Drive on-site execution of high-rise projects with strict focus on safety, quality, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Project Execution Oversight: Assist in overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring that construction activities are carried out according to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and clients to coordinate efforts, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to assess compliance.
• Budget and Resource Management: Assist in managing project budgets and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource utilization.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular project progress reports to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Leadership and Team Management: Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in high-rise building projects, commercial, residential, hotels, etc.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of budget management principles and cost control strategies.
• Excavation to handover experience of at least two 15 Cr.+ projects from the contractor side.
