Job summary

Vibgyor Group of Schools invites applications for Site Engineers to supervise construction, interior and renovation projects across our school sites. You will oversee playgrounds and transport facilities, ensure quality of materials and workmanship at site, and coordinate with contractors, architects and consultants to keep work on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the construction/ interior/ renovation projects for schools and allied sites.
• Supervise infrastructure like playgrounds, transport facility etc. for schools
• Assuring quality of materials & work at site.
• Assuring timely delivery of project/ work by means of proper planning & coordination with contractors, architect and consultants.
• Preparing rate schedule, rate analysis & Bill of Quantities for projects whenever required.
• Rate analysis of special items as and when required.
• Estimates of materials required for projects.
• Verification of Vendors' Bills & certifying the quantities executed at site.
• Study of drawing, design, BOQs, required performance standards & project specifications.
• Testing & commissioning of final product w.r.t safe and satisfactory product performance.
• To ensure that subcontractor invoices are reviewed and approved within the stipulated time span.
• To Prepare, complete and submit total project planning.
• Ensure that the job processes are followed in accordance with policy.
• Proactively monitor the progress of the work & get the decisions from seniors.
• Coordination with school team for requirements and work permissions.
