Job summary

DV Das Hr Consulting Surat seeks an experienced Civil/Project Manager to lead end-to-end Industrial Park projects. You will oversee civil, MEP, roads, drainage and utilities, planning, execution, quality and safety while coordinating with contractors and vendors.

You will ensure timely delivery, maintain profitability, secure approvals and liaise with Procurement, Accounts and Sales to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil.
• Civil project management knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Industrial Park projects including civil, MEP, roads, drainage and utilities.
• Coordinate planning, execution, quality and safety to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with contractors and vendors for procurement and execution.
• Ensure necessary approvals and maintain project profitability.
