Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in industrial building construction.
• Proven track record managing large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction plans, schedules, budgets, and billing.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, engineering, TC, and MEP teams.
• Prepare BOQ & QS.
• Ensure on-time civil works per project timelines.
• Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labour.
• Monitor daily progress and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure compliance with design specs and quality standards.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and conduct inspections for safety.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Manage procurement and optimize materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery.
• Maintain project docs including drawings, reports, approvals.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on risks and mitigations.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, budgets and billing.

• Site Management: Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
