Job summary

CK Construction Management LLP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support US-based construction projects from Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves coordinating with US project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and arch/MEP professionals to ensure rigorous planning, documentation, scheduling, and execution.

You will review drawings, manage RFIs and submittals, support budgeting and change orders, and contribute to project closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 16 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar construction software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist US-based Project Managers in managing commercial and public-sector construction projects.
• Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
• Assist with construction scheduling, progress tracking, and project reporting.
• Review subcontractor quotations, material quantities, and project cost estimates.
• Maintain project logs, procurement schedules, and document control systems.
• Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and change order management.
• Participate in virtual meetings with US clients and project teams.
• Support project closeout, punch lists, and final documentation.
