About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our construction projects and assist senior management in planning, execution, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent civil engineering graduate or early-career professional to gain hands‑on project management experience in building construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans.
• Support site teams in executing works as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and elevate issues to seniors.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met and report non‑conformities.
• Enforce site safety rules and promptly report hazards or incidents.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Track material deliveries and usage; report shortages or excesses.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 0–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of project management and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar tools is an advantage.
