Ominnovative Llp in India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion. You will lead site execution, schedule work, manage manpower and procurement, ensure quality and safety, and ensure projects finish within budget and timeline.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and 10–15 years of construction project management experience, plus proficiency with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant project management tools.

Mansioni

• Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day construction project activities.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site engineers.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage manpower, construction materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.
• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability of construction materials.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, measurements, and contractor bills.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
• Identify construction-related issues, delays, and risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants regarding project updates, changes, and approvals.
• Ensure proper documentation, quality checks, and handover of completed projects.
