Job summary

Ominnovative Llp is seeking a seasoned Project Manager Civil / Construction for its Projects department in Uttar Pradesh. Lead large-scale construction projects from planning to commissioning, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.

Applicants should hold a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including exposure to at least one similar project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in at least one project of similar nature is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute construction projects according to drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise project engineers, site engineers, and other technical staff.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and work schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Review project budgets, resource allocation, material requirements, and manpower planning.
• Ensure timely submission of progress reports, measurements, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with applicable project standards.
• Maintain records and support the preparation of running account (RA) bills and final bills.
