Job summary

Twenty Five South Realty is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering professional to perform technical and supervisory oversight on construction projects. You will set out and determine locations for above and underground installations, and manage site execution, quality, and safety on site.

You will coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the workforce, ensuring documentation, budgeting, and timely delivery in line with architectural drawings and project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience with site supervision and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality control, safety standards and EHS processes.
• Understanding of cost, time and quality balance in projects.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
• Define project control procedures and resource needs.
• Evaluate materials and oversee design mixes, materials and plant.
• Responsible for quantity surveying, MB filling, ensuring EHS compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and workers.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and subcontractor work.
• Oversee quality, safety, and resolve technical issues on site.
• Ensure timely documentation and its scrutiny.
• Execute work as per architectural drawings and manage time/cost/quality.

Job description

Job Purpose

To perform a technical, organizational and supervisory role on construction projects, setting out and determining the location for above and underground infrastructural installations involved in construction operations

Major Accountabilities

• Establishing and supervising site execution compliance activities.
• Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
• Evaluation of Construction Material, design mixes & overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
• Will be responsible for Quantity surveying, MB filling, ensuring EHS compliances etc.
• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site staff and the work of any subcontractors.
• Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Ensure timely documentation and scrutiny of the same.
• Executing the work as per architectural drawings.
• Good experience of Managing project with respect to Time/cost/Quality parameters.

Education :

• Preferably diploma/ B.E (Civil)

Experience:

• 10+ years experience preferably in Real Estate sector
