GRT Hotels & Resorts in India seeks a senior Project Manager to coordinate people and processes for timely delivery of hotel and resort projects across locations. You will serve as the go-to person for project organization and timelines, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and vendor coordination to meet scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has BE / DCE with 15-20 years of experience, hands-on end-to-end hotel project delivery, willingness to travel and stay near sites, and strong

• Willing to travel and stay near work locations for the duration of the project.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software.

Job Description

• To coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
• To be the go-to person for everything involving a projects organization and timeline.
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Specific project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Educational Qualification

• BE / DCE with Minimum of 15 to 20 Years Experience
• Must have handled Hotel & Resort Projects End to End
• Willing to travel & stay near work locations till the duration of the project
• Good Intrapersonal skills
• Proficient in relevant Software
