Job summary

Technosoft Engineering in India is seeking a Project Manager for Bulk Material Handling Systems with 12-18 years of experience to lead engineering delivery for global OEMs. You will oversee technical leadership, project management, customer engagement and proposals, while coordinating multi-discipline teams.

The role requires strong expertise in bulk material handling, conveyors, chutes, crushers, feeders, and integration with electrical and controls systems.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of experience in heavy machinery engineering or a related field.
• Graduate or postgraduate in Heavy Machinery Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and projects for global OEMs.

Role Summary

Lead engineering delivery for global OEM customers in Industrial Machinery & Process Equipment. The role combines technical leadership, project management, customer engagement, proposal development, engineering estimation and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering delivery for multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Act as the primary technical and project interface for international OEM customers.
• Own engineering planning, scheduling, resource allocation and project execution.
• Conduct technical clarification meetings, design reviews and progress reviews.
• Prepare engineering proposals, define execution strategies and estimate engineering effort, schedules and resource requirements.
• Review and approve concepts, layouts, 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings, BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Drive value engineering, standardization, DFM/DFA and cost optimization.
• Manage engineering risks, scope changes, assumptions and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, controls/electrical and suppliers.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical capability within the team.
• Support business development through technical presentations and customer visits.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, international standards and internal quality processes.
