Job summary

You will define scope with Engineering, allocate resources, and monitor progress using MS Project or Primavera. Strong client communication and risk management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Mechanical, Industrial Production, Electrical or Electronics.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Capital Goods Industries or High Value projects.

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, customers to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery.
• Define project scope and objectives with engineering, ensure technical feasibility and resource availability.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress using MS Project or Primavera.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs; monitor project performance with appropriate tools.
• Maintain client relationships and manage risks; ensure comprehensive project documentation.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and delegate tasks based on staff strengths.

Job Description

Coordinate internal and external (third parties/vendors) stakeholders, customers for the flawless

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility in coordination with Engineering department.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress through MS Project or Primavera.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Qualifications

B. E or B.Tech in Mechanical/ Industrial Production/Electrical or Electronics bachelor's degree

Experience (professional, leadership, international) Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of Capital Goods Industries or High Value

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working on Material Handling Equipment's project is a plus
