Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. The role involves managing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations while leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value through technology solutions. Supply chain project execution experience is mandatory along with BlueYonder experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria in alignment with client goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project outputs by managing execution across development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and escalation management.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparency.
• Team Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across geographies (onshore/offshore).
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Drive team motivation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Risk, Quality & Compliance
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and quality assurance practices.
