Job summary

Glan Management Consultancy seeks a dynamic Project Manager to lead pan-India installation operations for steel reinforced AAC wall panels. Based in Mumbai, you will oversee end-to-end lifecycle across multiple sites, ensuring safety standards and timely delivery.

You will coordinate multi-site projects, supervise technical aspects, and manage resources, logistics, and stakeholder relations to ensure smooth execution across India.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 5–12 years in Civil Construction experience.
• NICMAR certification is a plus.
• Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD or Revit and reading structural drawings.
• Willingness to travel across India.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Orchestration: Manage simultaneous installation projects across various states in India, ensuring each site adheres to the projected timeline.
• Technical Supervision: Oversee the installation of steel-reinforced panels, ensuring structural integrity and proper anchoring as per drawings.
• Resource & Logistics Management: Coordinate dispatch of panels from manufacturing units to sites; manage sub-contractors and on-site machinery.
• Quality & Safety (HSE): Enforce QC protocols with emphasis on handling and jointing techniques for AAC panels.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as primary contact for developers, main contractors, and architects to resolve site bottlenecks.
• Manpower handling: manage contractors of panel installation.

• We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Project Manager to lead our pan-India installation operations for Steel Reinforced AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) Wall Panels.
• Based in Mumbai, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple installation sites, ensuring technical precision, rigorous safety standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Site Orchestration: Manage simultaneous installation projects across various states in India, ensuring each site adheres to the projected timeline.
• Technical Supervision: Oversee the specialized installation of steel-reinforced panels, ensuring structural integrity, proper anchoring, and alignment according to engineering drawings.
• Resource & Logistics Management: Coordinate the dispatch of panels from manufacturing units to sites. Manage sub-contractors, specialized labor gangs, and on-site machinery (cranes/hoists).
• Quality & Safety (HSE): Implement strict QC protocols. Since AAC panels are precision-engineered, you will ensure zero-compromise on handling and jointing techniques.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for developers, main contractors, and architects to resolve site-related bottlenecks.
• Manpower handling : handle Contractors of panel installation.

Candidate Profile Requirement

• Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR certification is a plus).
• Experience : 512 years in Civil Construction,
• Technical Savvy : Proficient in 2D/3D AutoCAD or Revit,, and reading structural drawings.
• Mobility : Must be willing to travel to various sites across India when required.
