Job summary

Magicrete Building Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales & Specifications to drive project sales and create specifications for AAC Wall Panels. You will identify projects, generate specifications, manage key accounts and convert opportunities into orders.

The role requires 4-5 years in B2B/project sales and a strong network with architects and developers to secure product approvals and close deals.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales or Building Materials.
• Experience with PUF Panels, PEB, façade systems, architectural products or building envelope solutions preferred.
• Strong network with architects, PMC consultants, structural consultants, developers and key project stakeholders.
• Ability to drive specifications, generate business opportunities and manage project-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project sales for AAC Wall Panels.
• Drive specifications and product approvals with architects, consultants, PMCs, developers and contractors.
• Identify upcoming projects and develop a strong project pipeline.
• Manage key project accounts and drive opportunity conversion.
• Track project approvals, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, PMC consultants, structural consultants and key project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
• Prepare regular sales and project pipeline MIS.

The role will focus on project identification, specification generation, key account management, and conversion of project opportunities into business.
