Job summary

Adaniconnex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data centre projects from conception through execution. The role requires oversight of MEP works, cross-functional coordination, and rigorous quality and safety management.

Ideal candidates will have 17–20 years in project management with a mechanical/electrical engineering background and a proven ability to mentor teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• 17-20 years of experience in project management for data center/MEP projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Data Centre projects from start to finish, including MEP works, coordinating cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Manager will oversee Data Centre projects from start to finish, MEP works, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing schedules and budgets, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include identifying risks, updating stakeholders, and providing leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Project Management: Manage and oversee Data Centre projects, ensuring timely and successful completion from conception through execution.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), construction, quality, and safety teams.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Implement and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure effective project execution.
• Quality Control: Oversee quality control measures and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and obstacles that could impact project success.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
