Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, PM or related field.
• 6–10 years in project management, PMO, MEP, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain PMO processes and standards for data centre projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution and quality.
• Oversee MEP aspects and compliance with project specifications.
• Lead contract administration with compliance and deliverables.

Purpose/Objective

• Project & Program Coordinator will manage data centre projects, focusing on PMO processes, team leadership, resource management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Responsibilities include overseeing MEP aspects and ensuring compliance with project specifications, while providing regular updates to senior management

Key Responsibilities of Role

• PMO Processes: Implement and maintain PMO processes and standards for data centre projects.
• Project Management: Coordinate with project teams, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
• MEP Coordination: Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
• Contract Administration: Lead implementation of contracts as agreed, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, regulations and contractors' deliverables.
• Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing risks.
• Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in project processes.
• Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness.
• Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
