Job summary

AdaniConnex is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Dholera, Gujarat, to lead end-to-end execution of data center projects. The role requires 15–22 years of project execution experience and BE in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineering.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success. You will drive risk management, safety, quality standards and stakeholder communications, ensuring a smooth handover at project closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for data center projects, ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedules, budgets and resource allocation.

Purpose:

Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle of Data Center proejcts Execution, ensuring quality standards, Safety, and project requirements are met. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality standards and project requirements.

Project Strategy: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budget, and resource allocation.

Budget Management: Ensure effective resource utilization and manage project budgets to achieve cost efficiency.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.

Stakeholder Management: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.

Project Closure & Handover: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.
