Job summary

AdaniConneX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise Data Center projects in Mumbai, with a focus on MEP systems.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and clients, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, quality, and successful commissioning and handover.

Qualifications

• 15-17 years of overall experience in project management and execution.
• Minimum 8+ years in Data Center project execution.
• Experience with Colocation Facilities and Mission Critical Infrastructure.
• MEP Design & Execution, Client Handover & Operations Readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete Data Center project lifecycle from planning, mobilization, execution, commissioning, and client handover.
• Lead execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) systems including HT/LT Electrical, DG, UPS, Chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/DCIM, and ELV systems.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality objectives; drive progress reviews and monitor critical paths.
• Coordinate design reviews and ensure implementation per standards and client requirements.
• Oversee Testing & Commissioning from L1 to IST; manage risk and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and successful project closure and handover to clients.

• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, addressing issues proactively to ensure success.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and senior management.
• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
• Project Closure & Handover: Oversee project completion and ensure a smooth handover to clients.
