Job Solutions in Mumbai seeks an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead large-scale telecom infrastructure initiatives. You will drive planning, scheduling, and governance across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has 10-20 years of experience in data center or related construction, with a mechanical engineering background and strong knowledge of HVAC, PDU, UPS systems, and infra design.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects in telecom/ISP sectors or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of data center design principles, HVAC, PDU, UPS, and air conditioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including MEP contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and client requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor progress against milestones and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
