Job summary

EXHEAT Process Heat India Pvt Ltd in India is seeking a Project Manager to lead assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products from order through delivery. This role is based in our India office, reporting to the Head of Projects.

You will manage project plans, milestones, risk, change control, procurement, and stakeholder reporting, ensuring adherence to EXHEAT standards and applicable regulations. A mechanical engineering degree and exposure to MS Project and CAD tools are required.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with software capabilities: Microsoft AX, Ceaser II, STAAD, Creo3 (ProE), AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products.
• Lead life-cycle project management from order to final delivery.
• Capably liaise with client, sub-vendors, engineers, project buyers and shop floor personnel to resolve technical, production and commercial issues.
• Attend on-/off-site client meetings as required.
• Create, maintain and manage project plans, milestones and critical paths.
• Manage clarification, change, risk and documentation processes.
• Oversee project procurement and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Control costs and manage inspections and certifications.

Project Manager , EXHEAT Process Heat India Pvt Ltd

This role is based within our India office.

This role will be based within our India office

Reporting To: Head of projects

Responsibility:

• Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products
• Min of 5years experience in multidiscipline high value engineering/manufacturing projects within O&G industry or similar
• Expertise in project management of the whole life cycle of projects from order to final delivery
• Capability to liaise with client, sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyer and Shop Floor Supervisors to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues relating to agreed output.
• Willingness and availability to attend on / off site client meetings as required by the company
• Comfortable with the following tasks:
  • Project plan creation, maintenance and management (project milestones, critical path identification and ownership)
  • Clarification, Change, Risk and Documentation management
  • Project procurement management/involvement
  • Reporting on regular basis to internal and external stakeholders
  • Costs control and management
  • Inspection and certification management
• With the assistance of Engineering team ensuring that all designs meet the project requirements in line with Exheat certification, local and international standards and regulations.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant work experience
• Familiarity with the following software capabilities and occasional use of: Microsoft AX, Ceaser II, STAAD, Creo3 (ProE), AutoCAD, MS Project and MS office suite. Software and training will be provided where necessary.
