Control Systems Project Engineer, EXHEAT Process Heat India Pvt Ltd

This role is based within our India office.

This role will be based within our India office

Reporting To: The Manager

Responsibility:

• Carry out a full review of client specifications and quotations for the control panels to be supplied. The candidate should then be able to produce an AutoCAD Electrical set of control panel schematic diagrams and general arrangement diagrams in accordance with the specifications and costings and ensure full co-ordination with the external equipment being controlled. These drawings are then issued to clients for the design to be approved. The control panels are based on the complete three phase power system, including protection relays along with relay/PLC logic for control. During this approval period by clients, the candidate must be able to answer any queries raised on their design. Once the drawings are returned back from clients, the candidate must review all of the comments that have been made against the applicable specifications, any deviations should be resolved with clients before updating the drawings to incorporate the necessary changes. Once these drawings are completed the candidate must be able to prepare a component list which can be issued to purchasing in order for the components required to build the control panel to be procured. During the construction of the control panel in the workshop the candidate must ensure all clients requests are met and answer any technical queries raised during the Form No: INDEXS-FORM-000013 REV1 build. Once the equipment is complete the candidate will arrange a final inspection with the end client, the candidate will then assist where necessary during this inspection in order to achieve a release of the control panel from the client. Complete close out documentation for the project to allow all retentions to be invoiced.
